On July 16th, the third meeting of the SCORE 4 INCLUSION: Connect Sport and Social Inclusion project took place.
This meeting, which took place at MAPADI’s facilities in Póvoa de Varzim, was a crucial moment where the spirit of cooperation and the desire to build a more inclusive sport were once again highlighted. The objective was to monitor the work being developed, evaluate the outcomes of the «State of the Art» activity, and define the «Local Entrepreneurial Lab» among the project partners: INSTITUTO EUROPEU DE ESTUDOS SUPERIORES IEES LDA from Portugal and UNIVERSIDAD PABLO DE OLAVIDE from Spain.
The project continues to focus on its primary mission of valuing and recognizing sport as an excellent mechanism for promoting social inclusion and non-discrimination.
Inclusion and diversity are the most important priorities, with the aim of tackling discriminatory, racist, violent, and intolerant practices in the sports sector.
